My wife, Tara, and I moved to Detroit Lakes in 2019 when I was granted the opportunity to open my State Farm agency here, however, I grew up a few hours away in Grandy, MN. I received my degree in PGA Golf Management from the University of Nebraska and before I began my career in the insurance industry, I was a Golf Professional in Minnesota and California. When I’m not in the office you can catch me golfing, boating and paddle boarding on the lake with Tara and our boys Crew and Cove, or bow hunting for deer when the seasons change. Minnesota is an excellent place to enjoy outdoor recreation and beautiful views. My wife and I look forward to growing our family here and continuing to make positive relationships within the Detroit Lakes community.

Since opening my State Farm agency in Detroit Lakes, I have enjoyed every opportunity to help others gain the insurance coverage necessary to keep themselves and their loved ones covered, no matter what life has in store for them. I have gotten to know so many small business owners and members of my community through my membership with the Detroit Lakes Chamber of Commerce and Detroit Lakes Rotary Club. We love assisting the Becker and Otter Tail County communities as well as assisting welcoming those relocating to the state of Minnesota.
